Hi all
I recently bought a w995a and it has an annoying problem .....there is no silent option for the shutter sound for the camer . Now I found a thread that says to use a2uploader and a customize_upgrade.xml I got the software but i can't seem to find the xml file. Could someone please help.I would like to use the .xml file as I would learn how to do further customization with this.

You shouldn't need a customize_upgrade xml. You could upload an empty file/s with the same name as the shutter sound/s to tpa/preset/system/sound.

Backup the originals first with Codeclaw CID53 FS Xtractor.

Oh and make sure you have the latest version of A2Uploader (22/09)!

Customize_upgrade.xml can do all sorts of things. In this case you won't need it.

whats TPA?.. i literally looked everywhere.. no explanations on it..

TPA is a folder in the file system. Use A2Uploader to browse to this folder: tpa/preset/system/sound using the 'Filesystem' tool then...

for some reason a2uploader wont load @__@
andd avg says the files are infected...



*nvm` ` i put a2uploader as an exceptionn and it opened

now.. the next problem is... how do i make an empty file..D: ?

Right click, new, text document, then rename as same name as camera shutter sound in FS.

Yes, but whether it works on a phone or not is a different matter.

Example: Ive just created a "test.wav" file on my computer using oyur method, and the error returrned is:
