Ive just this min received the phone. I made the mistake of exiting the wizard straight away. So every time I click on something it will only select something in the middle. I thought of going back to factory settings but can only select that option in setting and I cant click on that at the min. Is there another way of bringing the wizard back up baring in mind I cant get into settings.

Try this: press the keys at once Red (End) + Green (call) + Photocamera Button and hold and switch on the mobile.

(phone has to be off)

or just re install the softwear with seus i made the same mistake when i got mine i did that and it cleared it

Is that using the sony update to update the software?

ive been holding the green button for ages the only thing that pops up is AutoPlay. how long does it normally take?

if its the first time you have pluged the phone into your computer then let it install the drivers befor you run seus and the phone needs to be off with the sim card removed and the memory card removed

Thanks thats what it was the sim card was still in. Im stuck again the wizard comes up and i clicked on the next button nothing happens or is it just slow to go to the next screen?

when you do it make sure the phone is off sim out memcard out then run seus pick the phone hold green botton then plug it in it should do it right away

one other thing change of subject have you got a facebook app on your satio?

ive managed to get passed that bit im up to the setup wizard. says welcome to setup wizard. ive pressed the green button where next is nothing happens? do u think it could be faulty?

no i dont think there is a falt maybe your just not doing it right are you holding the green botton as you plug it in and have you got seus running where it tells you to plug the phone in and is the phone off

He is part seus stage.

Try to use the touchscreen, and touch somewhere around the button or press the middle button.

ive tried that but nothing happens pressed the middle button takes u to the main menu but cant click on anything properly because it hasnt been calibrated. Have u got anymore ideas?

if it takes you to the main menu then the phone is on you cant update or reinstall the softwear if the phone is on it will only got in mass storage mode

once u got to the setup screen did u have any trouble clicking on next to go throw the setup wizard? ive tried clicking on the screen and the green button under where it says next but does nothing

no right take the sim out and the mem card make sure the phone is still off start up seus pick your phone while the phone is off hold the green botton then plug the data cable into the phone but plug it into the computer first

ive managed to get throw that bit. Its after that bit when it loads up for the first time and that setup wizard pops up. its says click next to get tips and set up the touch screen. I click on next with the green button and nothing happens. So cant set the phone up. Ive tried clicking the screen and the button.
