HI all,
After updating my phone to R1ga026 its gone crazy.Most of the applications i installed are not in a proper format.For example i was using a full version of memory up pro on r1fa35 and it was in the correct format.I mean this software has 3 buttons which are options,Quick and Exit.All these 3 were visible in r1fa35..but after switching to his latest firmware the exit button is not there and i see it at the bottom of quick button.I don't even see it clearly the exit button is not clearly visible since it is gone half inside the screen.And this application also has an option called HIDE so when i click on it,it is supposed to get minimized but it doesn't do that instead it closes.This was working on r1fa035 whenever i used to click on hide it gets minimized and also appeared in the "Running Applications" list.

I have already contacted the mem. up support and there is no issue with their software.Tested it on my nokia phone and it is working all normal like it did on my R1fa035.
Another issue is before i whenever i used to open a new received message it used to have a nice looking green box and inside that the text used to be written.This was not there on r1ga026 so i used the update service again and reinstalled it.After that i tested this message thing again and it was back like normal all was working fine and i was able to see that green box with text inside it.But when i tested memory up pro it was not in the proper format.So i reinstalled the new firmware again and the message problem was back again and even the memory up application did not solve.

So i am planning to switch back to r1fa035 and then will reinstall r1ga026 again?

I need to know how to switch back to the old firmware?
Or is there any other solution to this issue?

Download firmware from SE Users or TopSony and flash it with A2Uploader.

the r1fa035 for w995 is not there in the se users website..

can some one please upload it here?

I got the firmware..but the top sony website lists theres three:

W995_R1FA035_FS_C-ASIA_RED53_RED
W995_R1FA035_FS_RUSSIA_RED53
W995_R1FA035_MAIN_GENERIC_HI_RED53

I am in india so which one do i need to flash?

Just switch back to your old CDA and let SEUS update.

BTW, why do you use Mem Up?

HI,

I use it for boosting memory of my mobile..But its just now about that,my phone is acting strange with r1ga026.whenever i delete any application it still appears in the list and i have to restart my phone for the delete apps to dissappear from the applications list.

What do you mean by old cda?

i dont know what that means..

I found 3 files as mentioned in my previous reply..which one do i flash?

Change your CDA with a customize upgrade xml to the correct one for your region as listed here...

...then use SEUS to flash.

I would just stay away from Mem Up. Shut down your phone at night, and it should run just fine.
