Se Yari Problem! Rate Topic: -----

Hi!

Yesterday i bought a SE Yari.
On all the vidoe prewievs ive seen on the net there is a musicplayer icon on the menu
But on my device there isnt!

Why? And can I fix it somehow?

Probably has been taken off by your operator in the branding.

The only why to "fix" this would be to flash it with generic firmware. However, as thats not possible (as far as Im aware), youre just going to have to sit tight

Menu? like in Media menu or main menu? i guess you can't do much there's no free tool for Yari

man i also have a yari but the navigation key 'up' has the music key.....and only flashing is possible....if yu can find the firmware then you can flash through 'Cruise Suite'(as told to me by jock)
In the main menu there is only the Media icon not the music player icon (the main reason being that its not a walkman phone but still has walkman 4.0 in it)

@VooDoo-there is NO wifi in it...

If it's not branded, try to update it/ reflash it with SEUS? I guess SEUS supports it, or maybe not?

Unlocked, debranded, and patched. + Some other mods.. (camera, acoustics, menu, layout etc...)

Hi!

dont know the price inte dollars, but in sweden it cost 2600 kr wich is about 370 dollars i guess
the sound is pretty good, but i had a W595 before and the sound it that one was much better!

I dont really know the differences, maybe its more stable and support for flash 3.x. Otherwise i cant find any other differences, maybe someone else knows more.

man the sound quality in Headphones of Yari is far better than the W595 because of the Walkman 4.0 version in Yari and the Stereo Speakers of both the phones sound 99.99% same.(i have both the phones)

I Also have both phones, but I still think the sound in the loudspeakers was better in w595 :)
But the headphones are much better on Yari (Y)

Yari have musicplayer in menu media (prototype have musicplayer icon on main menu), but on main menu phone have gps at 7 icon and games at 9 icon. Try edit your menu.ml
