I have the Yari R1BA044, n i saw through SEUS that a newer software is available for my Yari i.e. RABA049. So i wanted to know the Differences between the two firmwares. (I havent upgraded Yet).

I'd update it anyway, regardless of what the new features are. Maybe it improves stability

Seems that its for genric firmware. Still, as corman said: could be worth an update anyway

The phone is Quite stable as it is now. But i wish the camera had the BestPic feature, n the quality of camera also improves!!!It is good but needs improvement though!

R1BA049 is the latest FW...and its quite stable and works fine!
Idon't see reason why they would release the update....perhaps they made this fw really good, and are thinking of not releasing updates..
!

but i guess they need to release another firmware...not for the stability but for more features......they call their new series to be "Entertainment series" as they include both walkman and cybershot features. So they need to provide full features of the same too.
1) In the media player (Walkman 4.0) they should provide support for Manual Equalisers atleast.
@0 In camera, though being an excellent 5 mp shooter, they should give the BestPic feature too (the one which shoots 9 images iin a go and then we can select the best one)................................if they say their phones include features of both series....atleast they should provide them fully too...i am not being sarcastic but being practical

I agree with you on the Custom Equalizer part, its really not good on their part to exclude it from "Entertainment Unlimited" series phone... (IDK if its present on Aino or not)!!
And about BestPic, i "personally" never felt use of it, so it doesn't bother mee!
But atleast they should have given
style earphones, like HPM77 or 85 !!! Idon't like these big MH300 earphones(though sound is really good), but i'll still prefer those over this...!!!

Yeah R1BA049 has been out for sometime, but there is no bug in phone, so no use of new fw! But if they come out with R1BA050 then they should better bring it with Manual Equalizer....!

no changes are made to be in the firmware....its juist that they should enable wifi(if it there in trhe phone).....provide manual equalisers and the bestPic feature too.......
