Hello, I just saw this video:

and I'm really interested if it's possible to have something like vista sidebar on my W880i, I even made a picture to show you what I mean:

It would be very beautiful.

Thank you in advance.

You could use a FlashLite wallpaper, there are many of them search on the forum, but I can make for you one, like that on the pic.

Thank you very much.

But I meant another thing. I want this sidebar to be independent from wallpaper, just like battery of signal icon.

I mean, that I want it to be like >vista sidebar<. Vista sidebar doesn't depend on what wallpaper are you using. It's always on my desktop.

Ohh right. Then what you need is a Flash lite 2.x wallpaper with something called a Dynamic Background feature.

It loads a wallpaper from a specific folder and you still get to keep the sidebar on top. There's loads of diff ones yo can use, e.g. Fadebar by me, Photographer's Vista Sidebar, Jock's Stylebar....just search it up.

You can get the latest version of my fadebar : here.

And you can get /index.php?autocom=userstatus&member=Photographer Photographer's sidebar in his sig.

You'll have to search "Desktop Wars" thread to find Jock's Stylebar. ;)

There is a way to make clock like this with Elves, but not the Calendar. Flash Wallpapers will always depend on one wallpaper or slideshow of them ;)

Yes you can make wallpapers with CS4 you don't need any plugin, @Kaosblade I think FlashLite 1.1 can't load external files, correct me if I am wrong.

Guys maybe you should find facts before speaking, flash lite 1.1 can use loadvars, there is a flash lite v1.1 RSS reader using that

l
oadVariables()
Availability

Flash Lite 1.1.
Usage
loadVariables(url, target [, variables])

And...

on(release, keyPress "1") {
	filePath = "file://c:/documents/flash/myApp/myvariables.txt";
	loadVariables(filePath, _root);
}
