K770i Flashing With Far Manager & Jdflasher Problems Problems using Far manager & JD Flasher

Firstly my K770i is CID 53 (see below details for xs++)
17:30:53| Profiling SEMC phone...
17:30:53| Platform: DB2020
17:30:53| OTP CID: 51
17:30:53| EROM CID: 53
17:30:53| EROM Color: Red
17:30:53| IMEI: xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
17:30:53| Phone ID: K770
17:30:53| Region: VFE_LIVE_2
17:30:53| CDA: 1205-3162 R2A
17:30:53| Firmware Version: R8BC004
17:30:53| EROM: R3A022
17:30:53| Ready for operation!
I thought it would be easy to flash as was following a video tutorial from AkShay.
Within AnyCID was the file R8BE001_1201-7587_GENERIC_VI.zip (creates executor.b), so believed I needed to flash the phone with K770_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED53.mbn as wouldn't work with R8BC004 firmware.
All the problems I have happen right at the beginning of the process.
A restoration file created with mkrest2.exe for K770_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED53.mbn results in a file being created in my user area but filename looks corrupt and is not of type .rest
I can rename it to .rest and it does look like a typical size of a .rest file, but how will i know its valid?
Other posts I found on the internet point to problems creating a restore file but couldn't see a solution.
Can anyone provide a restore file for K770_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED53.mbn?
The next step is to use qamaker.exe which creates a file name "quick_access__.vkp" which is not what happens in the video tutorial as it has the full name of the firmware.
Again Im worried this file is invalid.
I'm a complete newbie and not 100% sure of what Im doing.
Using far manager and jdflasher plugin how can I apply an unlock patch, worried I aren't following the tutorials successfully???
Any help would be appreaciated.
Thanks
Rob

Don't worry this sometimes happens. The file should still be ok.

I copy over the three files:-
executor.b (from AnyCid - K770 -> R8BE001_1201-7587_GENERIC_VI)
customize_upgrade.xml (AnyCid -> db2020)
executor.jar (AnyCid -> db2020)
I get operation failed when switching on the phone and running the executor.jar
I have run through the process 3 times, each time checking all 3 files were copied.
Any ideas what it could be?
Oh and flash "K770_R8BE001_MAIN_GENERIC_VI_RED53.mbn" instead of restore?

Part One Flashing Main Firmware
* Start JDflasher.
* Connect phone to JdFlasher as said .
* Enter oflash .
* On right side navigate to firmware location on computer.
* Select firmware in the right side.
* Press F5.
* Click Copy.
* Then Ensure that the option flash as babe image is selected. (babe for firmwares, mbn, fbn)
* Click “Yeah Flash it”.
* There are 460 blocks to be flashed in main so wait until it is finished.
After flashing main a confirmation window will appear please click ok.
Do the same for File System as well.
If the file system doesnt match with the CDA it may show an network error,if this happen then,
* Connect phone as said earlier
* Enter ofs
* Then tpa>>preset>>custom
* Copy the two xml files customize.xml and preloaded_config.xml files into the custom folder fr0m the new cda.
* Exit JDFlasher
* Watch Video for further reference
I then had the new error message and have now come undone looking for the files customize.xml and preloaded_config.xml, browsed the phone and ANyCID folders etc.., and cant see them.
Any advice please and thanks a bunch for all the other help
