I am on windows 7 64bit. And when I use XS++ or SETool2 Lite, they both fail to detect my phone when I plug it in.

i successfully installed drivers with gordon's gate drivers.

Thank you

edit//

I also used installed SEUS to see if those drivers help, and it didn't.
Also I have an W810

I just tried after reading that, and it still won't detect the phone. Is it that the programs don't support windows 7?

Oh my god, I am very sorry guys, but I think i may have figured out the problem.

I plugged the usb connection into another port of my computer, and it detected it.

But the weird thing is, when the program didn't detect the phone, windows still detected the phone when i plug it in (it makes the ding ding sound) and hardware icon pops up

But now both the program and windows detects the phone.

Thank you for all your help!!!

and sorry for my careless mistake of not tripple checking with things on my end.
