Convert BROWN to RED using DCU-60 for K750/D750/W800/Z520 (CID36 only)

1. Get the latest SE Flash plugin by Darkmen (v.10 or higher)

2. Go to Flash folder in your phone

3. Copy erom_db2010_red36_44000000_00020000.raw from attached archive to this Flash folder:
  • Select Flash raw image option and check that address is 44000000 and length is 20000 according to the screenshot:

    Press Flash
  • Confirm flashing erom by pressing Yes

  • Flashing is in process...

  • Complete

4. Turn on your phone, now it's RED and ready for SEUS :)

Nice FAQ  :good:

But i think - you dont need SEUS with free USB FLASH support   :)

Just flash an image )

Did not work for me. Followed instructions precisely and flashed phone. SEUS still tells me I have the latest version and I only have R1AA008.

I managed to get SEUS to update my phone using the instructions for converting a k750 to w800i here, http://forums.se-nse...?showtopic=3996 although I did it with a w800i. I think it may have been that my phone was an O2 one. Doesn't seem like anything much has improved though I'm still having bluetooth problems. Will look for appropriate forum and post my question about my bt probs.

Pull the battery out, put it in and try to turn it on again.

If you flashed to the wrong CID phone or flashed the wrong byte range (i.e. did not follow the instructions precisely) you may have bricked your phone. But having to take the battery out is a usual thing.
