P990 Crashes On Messages Rate Topic: -----

I found where is the problem and it's in this file which i put in C:\Recource\Apps and the file is qobexlistener.RSC and now I want to DELETE it but i can't because the file is IN USE....

I connect my phone with XS++ and i tried to get to the files system but everytimes when it get to this

How can i delete this file ?

First FSX DOESN'T WORK WITH UIQ! the file can be deleted if it's in USB else SEUS is the only way too fix it
