i'm a competent programmer and i can use the flash IDE (not actionscript, but i shall learn). however, i have no idea as to how to start creating flash lite menus. can someone point me in the right direction or send me a template of some sort?

i haven't created multiple topics about the same thing -- my first thread was asking if you can have more than 12 customised menu icons, and this one is about direction . editing the menu.ml file is not what i'm looking for; i'm looking for a flash tutorial if there is one around.
