I have an immaculate condition W995

Now heres the unique part, the letters that spell Sony Ericsson have fallen off leaving SS together of the word Ericsson!

^Haha, same here. I'm also still looking for a cover for it to keep it save. Also, to reduce scratching possibilities, I'm gonna buy the "invisibleSHIELD" pack which has been made for this phone. It's a layer of material which you put on your phone, making it scratch resistant.

To stay on topic, what's the black spot at the lower right near the display?

Yep it's the microphone. Roughly in the same place on most sliders now.

Nope. I've got the phone myself so I know where the microphone is ;) Also, I said at the lower right of the display, not the upper right of the keypad :)

^That's the whole point why I asked lol :p I've got the phone too and it's not on mine either so that why I asked if it was dirt because it might as well have been damaged there.

I asked it for people who want to buy this phone. This way they don't have to ask it.

I asked because I've got the phone as well and the spot isn't there. It looked like a burned spot or dirt which is why I asked. What's there to be confused about? :p

My "Sony Ericsson" in front, M2 logos in side and "8.1 megapixel" in back. all gone :D


is this a problem of Cosmic Silver w995s?? or it happened with Progressive Black too???

anyone has this prob with the black w995???
