Thanks boysie, your starter kit is great!
But in this step>>>3. Disconnect phone from 'Mass storage' SAFELY!!, reinsert battery connect to JDFlasher or SETool
and apply patches in the patches folder. If you have Heapshift already then obviously you don't
need to apply this one.
you say APPLY THE PATCHES, how do I do that?(I'm using JDFlasher)

I have read on another forum that you have done this already, with a k800i as well. So pls help me out a bit, I'm having trouble with the very first step, how do I use this mkrest thingy?
And with this Any CID method will I have to flash my phone and lose all data?

To make rest file you drag your main file (.mbn) onto the exe.
Read the AnyCID tut carefully.

I did it like this: started mkrest.exe, then dragged the mbn file onto the black surface and nothing happened!if I press enter the program closes immediately
I eve tried dragging the mbn file onto the icon of mkrest.exe and still nothing happened.
What should I do? What am I doing wrong?
Ok, I got the K800_R8BF003_MAIN_GENERIC_WI_RED53.mbn.rest.mbn file somehow:D yey
Moving on with the tutorial now;)

If you can't find it for your phones firmware (the right executor bypass package) flash your firmware to a firmware that it is available for and then use the executor.

What happens when you try to run executor? If the phone goes white and restarts you need to take the battery out before it comes back on
