Always best to make your own patches. That way you know what donors you have used.
...Thanks! ;)

i had few questions:
1. when we r making graphic patches, what size of icons do we need to delete? suppose i have icons of size 43600 bytes. now when i delete icons of size 44000 bytes the size of my patch is lesser. and when i delete icons of size 49000 bytes the size of my patch increases. how did it happen? what is the best way to make the patch then?
2. when i apply a certain patch it deletes some icons rite? so when i remove the patch are the icons restored?
3. i downloaded a patch called sysgfx.vkp what does it do?

SYSGFX patch allows you to replace images without patching by putting images in a folder on phone.

so which one is better? using the sysgfx.vkp patch or making my own icon patches?
