Then i got this message

Reason code: CONE
Reason number: 14


Now, whenever my Standby Application is set to Activity Menu, i cant go back to my home screen.  But when its off i can go back to my home screen but it doesnt have the default shortcuts.  Anyone know how to solve this problem?
