Elf Shortcut In Menu?

First of all, sorry for my ENG. :D

And now, what I want to know-> I´m working on some new project and today I thought about Tuner´s menu, such as Media menu. Can be in this menu shortcut to bcfg elf or not? Thank you for suggestions, answers etc. :D

AFAIK Only JAVA apps and internal functions can be run from the menu.
