please can someone upload either a whole filesystem folders you know like tpa etc etc or just the original *ble files and the multimedia\mp folder for w580i!!thankss

This is from the C002 firmware, if you download your own firmware and the filesystem extractor at the DB2020 resources thread you can get the files for your own firmware.

EDIT: My variant of the firmware doesn't seem to have the MP files, if you can't get extracting your own firmware under control just post your region and version and I'll fetch the files for you.
