Where in the unlocking one we are asking you is it generic already, which the answer is yes.

before it was branded now its unbranded using those files and patch unlock cuz i paied but i want chinese characters so i wanna change the FS and Custpack and wonder if it will kill the patch

If you want Chinese characters, you will also have to flash the Main, which means you lose the patch.
