Java Permission For Messaging Rate Topic: -----

How can I set a java permission to never ask in messaging? I tried the halmer certificate but it doesn't work.. does anyone know any other way to do it? I'm using an application for sending messages automatically. It is called AutoMsg. My phone only allows the option No and Always ask. my phone is w760i..

There's patch for db2020,maybe it's ported for w760.
