Hi.
I want to show you a couple of interesting patches for k750 © the_laser
There is a file in attach.
It containe 2 files - Main FW patches of k750_r1ca021:
1.k750_r1ca021_eu1_music_button_always_patch_by_the_laser.ssw
PediaPlayer execution by Music button without headphones connected.

2.k750_r1ca021_eu1_whitelist_to_blacklist_patch_by_the_laser.ssw
Turn WHITE call list ti BLACK list. So All contacts in the list will se BUSY when they call you.

3.k750_r1ca021_remove_java_restrictions_by_the_laser.ssw
Forget about Java security requests with this patch;)

Very nice things

To install it you can use setool
Each file is 1-block BABE-image, just flash it like you flash main ssw file.

1. Can we use FAR Manager to install this patches ?

2. The 2nd patch, does K750i already have this feature called "restricts call", doesn't it ?

Is it files within the filesystem that is changed?

Because the fs-flash is only the fs-files (e.g accessable from far?), right?

1. Yes. Version 0.8.0.84 SERVICE CABLE ONLY
2. No. There are 3 modes:
-ALL
-WHITE list - this is not the same.
-NONE

How one would take control of Farmanager? , I have understood that there would be to install 0.8.0.84 SERVICE CABLE ONLY, but as it would have to put on the telephone?

I don't see it as bad, per se. It's normal. Until FAR and the sefp plugin you needed service cable and setool or suchlike. there is nothing bad about it - we are still ahead of where we were..

Darkmen, the_laser, hendrix all working damned hard......giving FAR superb functionality; this is the closest to my personal desires for my phone(feature-wise) yet!!

Same question!

- I started FARplugin with D750i and service-cable
- entered in FAR the Flash-folder
- choose the blacklist-patch with F5 (Copy)
- The pop-up asked how to use it and I choose BABE-ssw flash
- FARplugin worked and reated image and wrote it to the phone
- after success-message I quit FAR

-> Result:
white screen-flashing D750i

had to refresh it with SEUS to make it work as general D750i.

So there has gone wrong something writing the patch with FARplugin.

Maybe because not finishing it right?
Is there any special and needed way to shutdown the flashprocess like shut-down of filesystem when modifying the fs?
Only way to exit the Flash-folder in FARplugin I found is to use F10 to close the FARmanager.
Or is there any other needed or useful solution to exit the Flash-Folder without killing the phone?

OR (just thought about it while writing these sentences) is the problem of whitescreenflashing caused because I have R1AA008 firmware and the patch is R1CA021? R1CA021 isn't sadly available for D750i, only for K750i and I don't want to change this.

That's exactly the your problem. How can you use patch for different firmware?!?!?

And who promise that it will? These patches are for K750 R1CA021. If someone will port them to your firmware then it will work.

flash ur D750 to K750 R1CA021 and it will work.
