Just to point out to anyone who tries it, the oven temp stated is 125degrees Fahrenheit!
That equates to about 51degrees Celsius

Is it strange that since my w800 got wet 2weekends ago that it has less water spots on the LCD than it did before?
I was rafting on a river and had my phone transmitting via mmr-60 to my "water-resistant" Sony boombox. My phone was in an unsealed compartment of the boombox, but sealed within a zip-lock baggie and within a 2nd zip-lock baggie. Anyway, the boombox took on large amounts of water and somehow the zip-locks didn't keep my phone dry.
I bought it used and it had minimal, yet visible, water spots on the LCD. After the river incident, there were much larger water "spikes" from bottom almost to top. Now, since it has dried, the "spikes" are gone and they took with them some of the water spots.
As an engineer, I could speculate, yet I'm rather ignorant when it comes to LCDs. This seems strange to me, can anyone possibly explain this?

Reviving an old topic...just managed to "clean up" two K750i LCDs with water staining by soaking them in glass window cleaning liquid for about 30 mins then hanging them vertically (important) in the airing cupboard for 30+ hours. Both came up perfect. The cleaning liuid disolves the stains inside the LCD and evaporates without residue.
