The example I gave for editing audio for firewood A2 (on the other platforms just as well). To edit the drivers we need:

Program WinHEX
Sound driver
Well, actually, and patience

So dispel our sound! As usual we start a program WinHEX, open the folder with our drivers that we will edit! . Then simply drag this any driver (which you can edit). List of drivers (which is responsible for what):
Files starting with "farfield" refer to the speaker:

farfield_call  - driver loudspeaker during a call
farfield_fm - driver speaker in FM receiver
farfield_play - driver loudspeaker mode proigryvatelya/mp3
farfield_ring - driver loudspeaker mode calling signal
farfield_rec - driver and microphone for video recording on a dictaphone.

Files starting with "PHF_" refer to the headset (headphones):

PHF_play, PHF_2_play, PHF_3_play, PHF_4_play - when listening to music / sounds
PHF_call, PHF_2_call, PHF_3_call, PHF_4_call - when you talk
PHF_ring, PHF_2_ring, PHF_3_ring, PHF_4_ring - when an incoming call (if enabled "Silent"
BTL_play - while listening to the player through BT headset
handset_0_call - the sound of conversational dynamics
Sysconn_fm - radio in the headphones

Sway any of these profiles in the program WinHEX (in my example, I peretyanul profile farfield_play)
You will see that the program will give you a bunch of all values!  Do not worry ...
The right hand column you see any names, letters, symbols, etc.

In the middle column you will see a big pile of all the numbers.
In the left column, we do not want;)

We start editing from the right column (where there is a letter)

Posted Image
There you will see such options as:

HK.AUX01 .. JG - and HK.AUX02 .. JG - this volume
HK.SPKRN .. JG - responsible for the loudness of the sound and bass
HK.SPKRP .. JG - suppresses all the distortion, rattle, etc.
GK.NoiseReduction - this parameter is responsible for noise suppression
GK.DRS .. HK.RX.. IG - Dynamic range (a kind of equalizer for frequency)
HK.RXFILTER - the sound quality in general (sound, filtering)

And not only these parameters, in addition to these there is still much any, but basically we have enough and to edit these settings and get good sound.
On the screen you see, I started to edit a parameter HK.AUX02 .. JG (I took it for example)

Posted Image

Near it you can see is that the (letter) "A" through two points
Posted Image

In order to increase the value of the parameter (in addition to the volume or noise, frequency, etc.), we need to reduce the value that is 99 .., 10, 09, 08, 07, 06, 05, 04, 03, 02 , 01, 00, FF, FE, FD, FC, FB, FA, F9, F8, F7 ...  since F is - E then D, I and C, B, A.
In order to reduce the volume needed to increase the value (only in reverse order)
So we are doing here:
Posted Image

You see that was before "41", as I lowered to 34 - that is, the value I have fallen, and the sound will be louder. Keeping our profile, pour it into the phone - happy.
. Actually that's all ... just very, you can edit other settings (for example HK.AUX01 .. JG, HK.SPKRN .. JG, HK.SPKRP .. JG, etc.) I hope I explained everything clearly, good luck you are editing:) A bit taken with manual

With a bit of formatting this could make a very easy to read guide!
Cheers Nick!

HK.SPKRN .. JG - responsible for the loudness of the sound and bass
HK.SPKRP .. JG - suppresses all the distortion, rattle, etc.

Not so sure about these, they seem to do nothing , only in the w760 & w595's farfield does the HK.SPKRN & HK.SPKRP actually do anything they both seem responable for volume, The AUX0 values just seem to do nothing.

Not sure about this aswell

For the strings DRC & noise reduction you increase the values if you want less and decrease them if you want more.

Decreasing the values only works for the filters if you want less of a filter then decrease the value.

Excellent tutorial nick

I hope it will help others modders to create better acoustics. I released modded acoustics few days ago but this tutorial has certainly given me new things to learn.
Thanks again.

Maybe this thread should be renamed to Tutorial for modding A2 acoustics? Or maybe it would be better for it to moved to the tutorial section as its title doesn't really reveal that its a tutorial...

handset_0_call.wbxml you can just pump up the volume or try to decrease some frequences to make the sound clear.
