So there is no significant difference between theese two options "completly flash firmware (for example dacvinci teams flash service)" and "flash via seus" ?

hi, there im new and i have downloaded the w800i file and the cygwin, but wot do you do with the cygwin file and also after i open up the w800i.exe i press the'c' and and held it but it just says 'insert sim card' wot do i do, please someone help me,

tested this a while ago.. its working except for the player, my phone reboots when i try to access the walkman player..

Ran this last night on my k750 and worked a treat.

A question though. Is there a way to get the w800 themes etc on there so it looks and feels like the w800?

if your phone doesnt respond:
- remove battery
- wait 10 seconds
- insert battery

If you see "insert sim":
- re-install SEUS (= re-install USB drivers)
- make sure to HOLD DOWN the "C" button on your phone while you connect your phone to W800.exe

If your computer crashed (did not complete the flash procedure):
- remove battery/reinsert battery
- run w800.exe procedure again

No, I read some time ago that CID can only be updated and not downgraded.

Mine doesn't show K750 because i mod it with XS++.

Open XS++ and connect the phone. Now check Customize File System and then select phone model ‘W800’, select CDA and region ‘EMEA_6(CDA102430/6)’. Hit Flash. It will ask you whether you want to use ‘breakin’ or ‘brute-force’. Click ‘yes’ for breakin and strictly follow instructions on the left side of the screen. It will ask you to connect and re-connect phone 2-3 times by press and hold ‘c’ method. Do not panic at any point here, just follow the instructions carefully on the left. At the point when it says ‘FS activation’, wait for 3 minutes. After completion, close XS++ and unplug fone. Refresh by re-inserting battery.

And after that procedure your phone will be a full W800.

Oh and that thing about WALKMAN player restarting ur phone... Just plug it in your computer, perform a sync, any type, then safely remove your phone, unplug, restart your phone(remove your battery etc.) then turn it on again. TADAA! I just dumped 163 songs in. =X

Ok , I have some questions :
1. What do Ido with cygwin1 ? wher do I extract it ? in the firs post it dosen`t say anithing about this and in the second it says to put it in tools foder ... what tools folder ? there is no tools folder....
2. I have a cid 36 red k750i and ai run it tru` SEUS and now the sound qualiti sucks , if i`l turn it in w800 the sound will be like it was befor i "up-graded" my phone with SEUS ? (Curent firmwire is R1DB001 )

Wow it worked .... i had a little trouble ti`ll i`d manage to make it work (seus crashed 2 or 3 times ) but i repeat the steps again and it finaly worked. Is not quite a w800 but is as goog as one .... the sound quality is now very good , specialy at headphones ....

When I tried to convert my K750i RED CID49 to W800i, in the last of proccessing it hanged on "Please wait" message and when I reflashed backuped gdfs, it is almost DEAD
