C902 Keypad Is Not Working Properly Rate Topic: -----

I have a C902 and and it's keys are not working properly. Navigation key is not working, so I can't even go to the menu of it. When I press the navigation key it displays my contact list and also when press 3 key it prompts to the window of adjusting the volume.

Is there any fault with the keypad IC of it ?

Please help me to get this solved. :o :o :o

Did it get wet or any water damages?
