I've had my C902 for about 4 months and just yesterday the up button suddenly stopped working, i have reflashed and tried everything but nothing has made any difference.

I was just wondering if it was worth taking it back to 02 (the shop i got it from) and say it was faulty?

Or is there other stuff i could try?
