I have a 595i and as you know it comes with the 4-5 default flash menus bundled with it.
So, i thought i would change the themes to see what they were like.
The theme changes fine and the animation is fine on the main phone screen.
However, when i go into settings, then try to change the menus page to "from theme" it will not allow it.
The button is greyed out and i just have an info button, which says "there is no layout available for this theme"
I know full well there is as i have opened the file system using A2 and there SWF files are there.
I even tried linking a new theme using the tutorial on here with a 595 specific theme (Splatta) and it still wont have it.
Has anybody any ideas?
Thanks in advance.

No thats private information about your phone
what I actually meant (now that youve stated the network) is that does the phone have virgin icons in the menu? (we called this branding)
Im not to sure about virgin, but I know that some networks do tend to turn off flash

Yes: upload a customize_upgrade.xml with the flash enabled (if you want to keep everything the way it is) or completely reflash the phone to debrand it (use genric firmware)

hey there,
i actually have the same problem with the flash menues...
i added loads of them to the system, but none of them is accessible or useable from the menulayout menu...
even the default preset ones are not useable...
i got my w760i from the eplus shop, but its not branded from them...
so i read it could be that flash is disabled and to fix this i would need to up a customize_upgrade.xml ......
but i have no clue what this is and where to up it at the phone....
cud some1 plz help me with that...?!
THX
