Today sees the launch of a new competition on SE-NSE. A competition that will see SE-NSE travel the world and hopefully make some new friends!

The competition is to photograph (using phone camera or digital camera) the SE-NSE logo in an interesting way. Points will be awarded depending on content and danger!!! Points are awarded as follows:

Landmark - 2 points
Famous Landmark (famous being in the current news!) - 4 points
With a celebrity - 3 points
A-List Celebrity - 6 points
With a celebrity and Signed by Celebrity (se-nse logo that is!) - 10 points
High Altitude - 5 points
With a cow - 4 points
On a cow - 8 points
War Zone - 10 points (points added or taken away for level of danger!)
SE Headquarters - 10 Points
On a t-shirt - 6 points (points added if said t-shirt is in a shop window or in a shop... bigger the shop bigger the points!)
Logo includes visible web address - 1 point
Additional Points awarded for artistic ability and uniqueness???

If any of the above are included in the same image you get the points. For example if you take a picture of the SE-NSE logo taped to a cow who has wandered into a warzone whilst George Bush rides it you would get 21 points!

A league table will be kept of the points gained and a winner announced. The winner will get a prize but its a suprise!

THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN EXTENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE

As always there are some rules... They are:

1. No breaking the respective laws in your country. Se-nse cannot be held responsible for any breach of law arising from a site member taking images for this competition.

2. Images must be clear and clearly show the SE-NSE logo!

3. NO doctored/edited images...

4. The judges decision on points awarded is final.

5. A maximum of 3 entries per user.

Please post your images in this thread and keep an eye out as points will be updated throughout the competition and remember...

CHOOSE YOUR IMAGES CAREFULLY AS ONCE ENTERED THEY CANT BE RETRACTED!

I haven't got a digital camera and I really dislike the quality of phone cameras. I got the EOS300 lately though, maybe I'll have some fun with it and scan the images or let the shops make some digital images of the negatives.

Why? It's easier to take the pic with a phone camera instead of carrying an extra camera around.

@number1... to be brutally honest i sort of expect most images from members to be done using their SE phone so to issue 1 point wouldnt make it anything special... now if someone was to post the sense logo with an unannounced proto then that would be a different matter all together!!!

That would depend upon the proto! If you get a photo with Paris you'd get a lot of points. If you get a photo with myself you might get extra points.
