Sms Tones Different For Different Contacts For w580i

Hi I was just wondering if it's possible to get my w580i to assign different SMS tones for different contacts(like ringtones work)


Also, I have an ATT GoPhone plan. And whenever I send or recieve a message or make a call I get a popup saying.. "Your last transaction was 0.00 your remaining account balance is xx.xx". Which is annoying because my phone wont play my tones until I click ok on that popup. I was wondering if there is a way to block that, OR a script or something to automatically click "ok".
