NiH2 or any other fuel cell type i guess :p

What are the Advantages of the Cells you posted?
I guess the best would be a battery which can hold the ampere at low voltages, not just going down to 1/3 of the actual capacy

I'm going with Li-CuCl2 , Li/Al-MnO2 & Li/Al-V2O5 are completey unsuitable for phones.

Li-MnO2 has 80% market share and is the most common form of consumer battery.
