When you have a firmware version that doesn't corespond to your language needs, you can download SE Update Service from SE's official site.

What else did you do with the phone before using SEUS? SEUS isn't the ideal way to do this, it updates to CID53 tho that has less disadvantages now.

That's only happening for DB2020 phones with certain TAC numbers.
He himself has got a W810 so he doesn't need to be worried about CID changes.

SEUS doesn't update W810 CID49 to CID50. Tut tut ;) :p

I didn't say it converts it, I sayd it updates it's language pack to your region.
