Is it possible to send bluetooth audio signal from computer to a mobile phone (and whrom phone to speakers), is there a program for phone or something else. There are some reasons why i need this :l (sorry about my bad english)

I dont think you can (certainly not on my w810 anyway)
However, a possible way around it:
Buy a radio transmitter that has a 3.5 jack on it
Connect the jack to the pc (speaker out jack)
Put handsfree into phone, and turn on the radio
Tune in the radio to the frequency of the transmitter (you can test this by playing some of the systems sounds or any music file)
Turn on loud speaker if required
Enjoy
