Try googeling iskorpitx, he found a huge flaw some time ago in thousands of servers and laid them all down, he still uses same flaw to attack servers. One website which I regulary visit was also hacked by him. He is maybe noob with luck finding this flaw, or pro. Whatever he is, he can't be stopped, he has been doing this for years.

Afaik it's a server flaw, not forum board flaw. (I know sites that were hacked which did not use Joomla).
