Hi all,
I realize there are many posts about debranding and I've reading them all but I still don't think I fully understand which versions of what I need.

I just got this phone new (or at least they said new, I checked the call timer and it has been used for two hours...) off of ebay and would like to debrand it. It is branded for SunCom right now and I don't like it at all.

What I want to do is debrand it and flash it with something that has english and italian for the languages.

I see there are many ATT/CINGULAR debranding tutorials but I haven't seen any SunCom...

I know the MAIN and the FS have to match and I guess the customization pack does too? I don't really know, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Also, which program is better to use to put the stuff on the phone?

it looks like that phone is already debranded just use either xs++ or farmanager to mod it all guides can be found in tutorials

In fact we cant tell ANYTHING from that service menu stuff: we need a log from either XS++ or setool2lite
