so i got a w810i from my cusin
every thing works briliant but the only problam is that i cant make phone calls <-<
please i realy need help on this one

What does it say when you try to make a phone call?

(P.S. your post says that you can make phone calls)

please do not put such big fonts to attract attention, and is it the acoustic problem?
