what's the price difference? N96 = 16GB internal and external MicroSD slot.... also the N95 is at end of life with the release of N96....
both are Nokia's so your money will be better off in the bank.

The N96 is going to be ridiculously expensive when it arrives.

If you're desperate for an S60 handset, I'd actually say the Samsung INNOV8 would be a better choice.

edit: ew, did I just recommend a Samsung?

N96 is already out here. it cost S$1200~1500. and N95 cost maybe S$710~1000. This is my reward for my year end exam, and i do not have a bank account yet

£460ish SIM free (is the price being batted about by some of the dealers I know) and they are available... (I have 2 pre-production units and 4 retail units behind me from a retail store as we speak)

then what phone would you recommend? i need WiFi to use Internet at home on my mobile, and 3.2 megapixel, with flash light. i don't really care about the design(i mean candybar/slider or calmshell) And i prefer SE or Nokia, and if nokia, i want Symbian as well.

If they're available, how come there isn't already a price?

Also, £460 still makees it higher than the INNOV8 - it's £400 SIM-free.

get the N95 8GB. coz N95 8GB is really better than N96 coz the N96 its still dosen't have the 3D hardware accelerator and it dosent support N-gage gaming and N96 has a slower Cpu and its running at a New Platform. i bet i will hang very often.

Nokia N95 8GB:
- it have Accelerometer sensor for Auto-Rotate and other 3rd party use.
- GPS receiver with A-GPS
- 3D Graphics HW Accelerator
- Dual ARM 11 332 MHz CPU
- 5 MP, 2592 x 1944 pixels,
Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus,
video(VGA 30fps), flash;
secondary CIF videocall camera
- 3.5mm audio output jack
- 8GB internal flash memory
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, UPnP technology
- 2.8" TFT 16M colors display

Disadvantages of N95 8GB:
- No TV broadcast receiver
- microSD card slot removed
- Symbian OS 9.2, S60 rel. 3.1(its quite old Symbain platform)

Nokia N96:
- it have Accelerometer sensor for Auto-Rotate
- GPS receiver with A-GPS
- DVB-H TV broadcast receiver
- Dual ARM 9 264 MHz CPU
- 5 MP, 2592x1944 pixels,
Carl Zeiss optics, autofocus,
video(VGA 30fps),
flash; secondary VGA videocall camera
- 3.5mm audio output jack
- 16GB internal flash memory with memory card extension slot
- Symbain OS 9.3, S60 rel. 3.2
- Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, UPnP technology
- 2.8" TFT 16M colors display

Disadvantages:
- no 3D Graphics HW Accelerator
- Slower CPU speed
- it will lag due to the new platform and its slower CPU

go for N95 8GB =) cheap and good

There is an install file within the applications folder for the N96 which installs NGage...
in the UK the outer sleeve the box comes with is banging on about NGage games for the N96 and has a code for Tetris...

Also with UK handsets you have iPlayer software installed so you can catch up with BBC TV shows....

The N96 DOES NGAGE!

Think of it as a graphics card in a computer. Lets to run 3d apps at higher frames.

yea. the bad thing about the N95 8GB is just an a bit older platform and the design.

if the N95 8GB is Symbian 9.3, xenon flash, hang and lag free, im sure everybody will go for it
