What we need:
1. DCU-11 USB data cable (for k700)

Posted Image

2. Fastport for k750 with all pins onboard. I cut my from origonal DCU-60  :)

Posted Image

3. Ordinal RJ45 phone box

Posted Image

4. RJ45 phone cable

So we start
The task divides to 3 parts:
1. To make a box.
2. Make wire for k700 connector.
3. Make wire for k750 fastport.

1. BOX

Open DCU-11 black box (on cable) and remove all wires that comes to phone and leave only USB wires.
Now we need to connect box's wires to chipboard like on the scheme below:

You also can take big picture (2568x1761)
There are 4 wires in RJ45 box
BLACK
RED
GREEN
YELLOW
And you can connect them in free order.
But for convinience i offer you to connect them in this way:
BLACK - GND
RED - +3.3V
GREEN - TxD
YELLOW- RxD
After that you have this:

So, close  the box and it's ready to serve ;)

2. K700 cable

Now we need RJ45 phone cable.
We have to cut it on 2 parts: first is need for k700 and second - for k750.
By default the RJ45 cabels wires have same colors coresponding box's wires.
If not then you have to note wich box's wire comects to wich RJ45 wire. And use this note to know wich wire is wich to connect.
Next we take k700 connector from DCU-11 and remove all wires from it.
Now we take first part of cuted RJ45 cable and prepare the cuted side.
For k700 we need only 3 wires:
BLACK - GND
GREEN - TxD
YELLOW- RxD
We have to connect them in this order:

Posted Image

BLACK - GND ==> PIN # 10 (GND)
GREEN - TxD ==> PIN # 6 (RxD)
YELLOW- RxD ==> PIN # 7 (TxD)
And connect PIN #9 (VPPFLASH) and PIN # 11(DC+) together on k700 connector.
K700 cable is ready to serve ;)

Posted Image

3. K750 cable

Now we need second part of RJ45 phone cable.
In k750 uses all 4 wires.
Let's connect them in this order:

Posted Image

BLACK - GND ==> PIN # 9 (GND)
RED - +3.3V ==> PIN # 8 (VPPFLASH)
GREEN - TxD ==> PIN # 10 (RxD)
YELLOW- RxD ==> PIN # 11 (TxD)
K750 cable is ready to serve ;)

THAT'S ALL  :p

Now you have 2 in 1 service cable for SE k700 / k750 phones.

Thanks to all ppl who help me with it.
P.S. Easy way to know more is flash EROM with DCU-60  :lol:

I've also made it an announcement (with the help of Darkmen ;)) for this particular forum as I thought it deserved the right to be on top of the other stickes as it's more of a general kind of help which won't become outdated.

*IMPORTENT NOTE*

Much better to use SHIELDED cable instead of ordinal phone RJ45.
Because it haven't shield stable speed is only 115200 kbps.
On higher speeds it behaves bad (read\write operation fails).

I have a little problem  :confused:  . I have another DCU-11 cable.
Posted Image
I use original drivers which's come with it.
I've tried to shortcut 9 and 11 pin, but it doesn't work with SEFP but original functions stayed the same.
What should i do?
Does anyone have manual or scheme how to do your own k700i service cable?

Ho-hum... I am thinking about getting this cable myself and modding it of course ;)
But! If I get the newer model that grawp has I guess I need to unsolder the whole connector and then resolder it using wires in between and assemble it in a new housing, right? And the way I can see it there's nothing that would stop you from actually building both ends(K700 and K750/W800) into the same so that both are connected at the same time, right? Only thing to remember is to only plug ONE phone only at a time ;)

Does the above appear correct? Will this cable let me unlock a phone and access a K700 using your SEFP plugin to remove the annoying Vodafone branded "features"(dungpile of :censored:) and let me flash the firmware using DaVinci?

-=If it works, break it to see if you can fix it=-
-=Happy owner of a W880i=-
