First off; Walkman, Cyber-Shot or a Smartphone?
Well assuming you want a SE again anyway.

So, you're asking us to recommend you something without giving us anything to work with?

With that in mind I can narrow it down to pretty much 90% of SE phones!
Real specific!

250-300 of what currency?
US Dollars?

I'd suggest the C702 is you want a durable :se: handset but I don't know what price it goes for where you are.

The c702 is a good alround phone, good cam, screen, gps and all the features of the A200 platform at a reasonable price like most a200 phones the firmware is a bit iffy mine reboots sometimes when using the gps.

The C702 is about £180-ish in the UK I think.
So that could translate to about $300 maybe.

If you want to make sure your phone doesn't screw up, try not dropping it.

It's described as being 'shock resistant' on sites like GSMArena but the :se: product page doesn't mention anything about it.
The phone is certainly one of the tougher ones on the market but that doesn't mean it's guaranteed against you dropping it - none of them are.

You my friend, should know better than to ask such vague questions. You have over 400 posts, been here for over 8 months, and are asking what I would consider to be stupid questions.

Back on topic. Any Sony Ericsson phone that you like. We can help give you advice. You have to decide yourself.
G705 flashed to W715 R1GA030

Slightly modded. Thanks to the SE-NSE community!

The c905 will be double $300,
The c702's cam is of reasonable speed and takes really good quality pics, all round music playback is loud & clear, i find the gps slow and sometimes the phone reboots when using it, its just firmware issues and should be fixed by updating the firmware. i got mine for £180 + £10 top-up on 02 pay-as-you a few months ago, id give it 8.5/10.
would be 9 without the firmware issues.
