Main and file system
Go to http://www.seusers.com
Click 'For English site click here'.
On the blue bar, click Downloads.
Click the Firmwares link.
Select your phone model.
Select the firmware version that you require.
Copy the name of the main into http://www.google.com
e.g. K810_R8BA024_MAIN_GENERIC_SM_RED52
Look through the links. Do not hesitate to click Translate this page.
If you do this press Ctrl + F, and copy the main name into the box and find.
If you can't find your main, go back to SE Users and see if another firmware has it. Alternatively, try http://topse.ru in Google Translate.
Or you could use http://iprotebe.cz and click English on the left side bar (scroll down a bit). You have to register for this site but it is still free.
Repeat this process for the File System.
Custom packs
Go to http://forums.se-nse...m...s&showcat=5
Choose your DB.
The custom pack has to match your fs. So find one which has user_ or your phone name in it with the name of your file system for DB2010.
e.g. EUROPE_2
If we had a EUROPE_2 one and it was for W810 for instance, then we could pick one such as W810i_CDA102494_2_EUROPE_2 or model_CDA102555_11_EUROPE_2.
For DB2020, we can do the same, except model_ is replaced by HB1-06.

EDIT: This might not be so easy now, topsony has added a feature where you have to log in to see even the names of the firmware, I hope they get rid of it again.
EDIT 2: You're going to have to use the SE Users Spanish forum - currently SE Users are doing work on their site, i'll guide you through it.
