i cant open that file and wud it not be easy just 2 debrand the phone

instal adobe reader so u can view that file debranging is changeing the fw to a generic one, not unlocking the phone

Debranding and unlocking are two different things.

Debranding is simply flashing (uploading) different firmware, usually generic (OEM, not modified by a carrier such as Cingular, AT&T, Rogers, T-Mobile etc.) to gain back features that carriers usually remove. This WILL NOT remove the SIM lock on a phone.

Unlocking can be done two ways: Either entering the NCKLCK code (SIM lock code), or by patching. If you can contact someone that works with Sony Ericsson, and you are friends with them or they are nice, you might be able to get a code from them by providing your IMEI number. Your IMEI number is specific to your phone, meaning no other phone will have that same number. You can enter the code by pressing < * * < on your phones keypad. Patching is probably the easiest way, and requires no contacts within Sony Ericsson. To start, you can get a patch that matches your firmware or you can make your own patch by using Simox Unlock Patch Generator. Then, you would apply that patch to your phones MAIN firmware. The unlock patch disables OTP <->IMEI checking, so the phone won't reject a foreign SIM card.

iv tryed to use the SIMLockPatchGen and put it on buy useing setool2lt but when i turn the fone on it loads up normal but when i put the sim card in it says plz put correct sim in
any help plzz

the sim unlock patch generator should solve the "please insert correct sim card" msg. I have gone through that message several of times in the past 3 days and every time it works.
