The 1st ever 3D 5.1 Digital Surround Acoustic For Sony Ericsson phone.It uses the techniques for enriching (expanding and deepening) the sound reproduction quality, of MP3 & AAC. The three-dimensional (3D) sphere of human hearing can be virtually achieved with audio channels above and below the listener which is being created virtually with XDS.It has also being implemented with LFE[Low Frequency Effects] channel which helps managing the bass to match the surround.Also there is a center processing technique which captures the vocals & trans code them to the center of the created virtual field.

Observation on beta 2

Oh man no suppression. Better quality. More bass more surround although distorts in megabass. This one rocks!!

EDIT: In my opinion,this is the best apf for now,you can feel that 3D surrounding sound like on 5.1 system and one thing,it doesn't crack.Do you think it's possible to make that effect for radio or something like that?

Errr for radio.Cant say not possible as for now i think "NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE" will try it sometime later when i have a lot of free time.But i can only say that here in my country FM is broadcated in MONO not in STEREO so surround is difficult to obtain from it.

I dont know why. But during beta test this acoustic is great but now my phone is having problems with it... Could it be hardware issue?I think not cause other acoustic is working well anyways nice work prashast!
