W300i White Screen of Death and Reflash Questions

first off hi to everyone and thanks in advance for any help. i bought my w300 about 12 months ago. about 3 months ago i made a phone call with it then hit the play button and closed the phone, reopened and bam white screen. tried removing battery but still white screen (i could still recieve calls). plugged it into my pc and my screen came back until i unplugged it. then white again. took it in to my dealer and i had purchased a demo model so no warranty. they tried to reflash but no luck. can anyone help me? here is my xs++ log
