I have these HPM-82, maybe fake (darn mexican ebay) that has no radio signal. Or I mean, it takes only a few stations and in the others you find a sound like "tac, tac, tac" and static.

Is there a way to fix them? Is it the cable or the control that has failure? I mixed the cables with a hpm-70 and found that the bad cable is the one connected to phone.

I can't go for warranty. The seller says that I must pay the send, then he will check them, and if he find something, he will send me another ones, otherwise, I must pay another ship.
Yeah right, after you cheated on me, telling me "these are originals". Of course, OEM ones.

Anyway, is there a way to fix them?

Maybe some raw solder or loose wires inside the connector. Here is a link for fast port wiring scheme, this can help you figure out which one works as the antenna.

Thank you.
I've been reading also the Topsony link, but my obvious question is how to open the connector?
