After 5th step look here .
Download elf2vkp from post and edit make.bat
For e.g
elf2vkp.exe Elfpack.elf W610_R6BC002_MAIN_GENERIC_NA_RED52.mbn
No need to convert main file to raw

call.rar and include folder for those who downloaded earlier embbedded file and is for elfpack mod v5.unzip it in elfpack folder

a guide by me to make elfpack
1. Extracted rapidshare file

2. Go to IAR442A\Embedded Workbench 4.0 Evaluation\SE_ELF\elfpack folder
3.Download src files from attachment and rewrite all the files in SE_ELF\elfpack folder
4. Run ElfPack.eww.On start select your model name from the drop down box.See the image.Then press F7 key or go to projects menu--> Clean,then use rebuild all option

5. After it is complete you will find elfpack folder for your phone will be created in elfpack directory
Need to copy elfpack.elf from the folder created to _utils folder
for eg
IAR442A\Embedded Workbench 4.0 Evaluation\SE_ELF\elfpack\W800_R1BD001\Exe\Elfpack.elf
to
elfpack\_Utils folder
6. Extract your main file with main2raw or others.best extract on you desktop.Copy it into _utils folder in elfpack directory.
6. open main2raw and drag ur main file in it.dont close the cmd window.see the first block offset address in dos window.Copy it.
eg
7. Edit make.bat. Right click on it and press edit.
u have to change the bat file info as per you need.
eg for w800
elf2vkp ElfPack.elf xxx.vkp W800.raw 0x44020000
cnv 44020000 xxx.vkp elfpack.vkp

8.If you get error like
Total number of errors: 0; if zero ok and if any errors then something is wrong
Total number of warnings: 7 ; dont worry
dont worry elfpack elf has been compiled
change both 44020000 values to the value u copied earlier
press ctrl+s and exit notepad.
run bat file or press enter on it.and two vkp patch will be created. patch "out.vkp"

8.For the crash problem in elf2vkp specially for k750,w800
download 010 editor.demo

Install it and. open main raw or drag it.go to edit-->Set File Size
Select hex option.It will show size in hex.In byte value column for hex write FF.It is necessary to write double F for phones k750/w800/w810
Click ok it will be filled with ff value.Use save as and save in different name.This increased the raw size
for eg in w800 i changed size from 11B44F4 to 13B44F4.

for some phones like w200 just change size no need to put FF.In such phones value is 0 insted of FF
run make.bat file
elfpack was created no error came

This is very simple and thanks to kirpeace.
When you change the value in the main.bat, you click enter and the program start. Wait few seconds and the elfpack.vkp is ready!!
