Benefits are that we don't need a sysgfx patch to change graphics and we can share our IC file with each other tough the disadvantage is that it's protected and we can't manage to recreate it with new icons and some icons are compressed with zlib and dictionary which means we can't extract them until somebody finds a solution for the dictionary thingy in the zlib.
