I´m a bit sad at heart when I see how bad my housing on my 6 month old z800i looks.
I´ve been carrying it in my vinyl pocket in my jacket all the time.
Talk about an hour everyday , and below the side buttons ( volume down and camera light ) ,
the plastic is all worn out.
Can´t believe it has such a bad finish to the housing.

Last time I had such problems was with a hong kong pirate housing for my t68.

You have the same probs ???

No , heck , I´m gonna call SE repairs and get em to fix it......
A phone should last moore than 2 years .

I´ll keep you posted...

Welcome to se-nse :welcome:

You can try SE but they won't repair it for cosmetic reasons. As far as they're concerned the phone is not broken and wear & tear is down to the user.

It is irritating when paint wears off easily, the S700 usually suffers from this on the top corners above the screen no matter how careful you are

I replaced the housing on my V800 a while ago since it got so bad. Now the hinge is terribly loose and it feels like an old phone.
