I think its for Filemanager,it shows TPA Folder.
But i don´t know when this is right.

it enables you to view the TPA folder and contents from the file-manager.

It's easier to mod a phone this way!
My phones: W902i: Volcano Black, W880i Steel Silver, W595s Dusty Blue, C905i Night Black, K800i Velvet Black.
