Flash Themes Won't Work - W580

Good day all!
I've been struggling to get flash themes to work on my phone but have been unsuccessful. I have a w580, unlocked and unbranded. I followed the tutorial in the forums and I cannot get flash themes to work on my phone.
The flash themes that were part of the new firmware I flashed the phone with work, but any additional flash themes I attempt to use do not work. The phone still sets the themes but the menu icons are not "flash" icons. Everything else works normally.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what can be causing this? I am completely puzzled.
