K750i Convert to W800 how? Rate Topic: -----

So I want to convert my k750i to w800 but I can't find right (FS & MAIN or at least one of that files) files.
My phone:
model: k750i :p RED
Platform: DB2010
Firmware: R1DB001
CDA 102338/85 | EMEA_1 | LMT Latvia
CID 49
R1CA021

Please help me find these files, I really want to upgrade my phone :)

edit: oh, and one more question - how can I install any drivers for my phone ?
