Hi, I'm very new to all this firmware and flashing stuff. The only reason I want to do this is to fix my w800i. It starts as normal, but when it reaches the main screen, it pauses for 1-2 secs and then goes off and back on to a white screen for a few secs, then again, and again, and then back to the main screen and the loop starts again.

Please can anyone help me, I don't know anything about how to flash and I can't find a place to download the Main and FS files that all these tutorials and guides require. I have all the software (XS++, SEtool2 lite, GFlash, etc) but when I try what these tutorials say, it doesn't fix my phone. In XS++ it says "N/A" for my EROM.

Any help would be great. I have the standard cable that came with the phone.

Can anyone help me out with some advise on how to restore the EROM or something?

i had the same problem when i applyed a patch to use keyboard instead of joystick an i just reflashed my phone and it worked,try to reflash ure phone

I tried doing that, nothing happened. It says my EROM is "N/A" in XS++. And I don't know where to go to get the Main and FS files or any firmware for my phone. If anyone has this, please could you send me it as well as any basics on how to do this as I'm new to this.

I tried the main, it gave an error. So I tried the FS file and now my phone doesn't even switch on. Any help on what I can do? Do you have firmware files for CID 36? That's my EROM CID, I think they suppose to match, but you gave me RED49.
