HI guys....
im new here....
bt i know a bit abut flashing....
i flashed my SE K750i (CID49) to W800i (R1BC002) last week....
now i need to mod my phone with VKP patches....
i have tried using Setool 1.1 bt when i browse the vkp patch and click write script, my phone goes dead...
then i have to flash everything again....

can any1 giv me a COMPLETE TUTORIAL OF INSTALLING VKP PATCHES SECURELY TO A CID49 K750i MODDED TO W800i(R1BC002) ????

use gslide + xs++ method


download gslide from here:

then run gslide...

1) Select MAIN-Flashfile (for eg K750_R1BC001_MAIN_EU_EMEA), in your case it will be W800 R1BC002 MAIN
2) Select Header file (red and brown included), if you have a red phone; just leave this one.
3) Select patches (For the firmware, W800 R1BC002), also available at topsony or in this forum.
4) Select output, this is where your new flash will be saved.
5) Press "Process".

6) Flash you output-firmware with XS++

or u can use my tut(search in tut category) about how to customize cid49 phones.i am patching my phone using farmanager and somethimes with setool 2 lite..but far in 90% of the cases

i have the same problem with a w810i it need a rest ssw can anyone help me the setlite 1.11 guide is not straight forward it does not tell you how to make this file

I have been looking every for a tutorial/guide to making a patch. Everywhere I see the code for the patches
but I'm not sure how to go about putting that into my .vkp file. Do I just copy the line of code into that file and then upload it to my phone? I'd rather read a tutorial than guess my way through it. Thanks for the help.

Copy the entire code and then paste it in notepad, then save the file with a .vkp extension (blablabla.vkp), hold Ctrl when saving to do this quicker than selecting 'All files', then saving.
I'll make a patching guide for dummies later on during this week, seems it could help (no offense )

if i do this and flash my MAIN-file again do i have to flash the FS-file once again too?

and wich files are the patches i have downloaded w800_r1bd001 and its 3 files,

DYN_CONST.bin
ElfPack_v10.vkp
w800_bd001.lib.vkp

how do i do this? thanks in advance /Jonas
